We had had a bit of a stressful morning, so when we got there ahead of check-in time just to see if we could leave the car and bags, they were SO NICE. We got everything taken care of and were able to go on with our day feeling more settled and not having to worry about where we parked. That was just above and beyond and I really appreciated it. The room was spotless and obviously newer and well cared for, and the beds were comfortable. Next conference in Denver, that's going to be where we stay.
