Hotel is superbly located, close to everything, pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station (if you want to leave your car and get a bus, only £2 to Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks outlets, Liverpool), large multi storey carpark next door
£10 for 24 hours. Friendly reception staff, good size rooms. My main and only complaint is that the hotel advertised daily housekeeping and we stayed for 3 nights and we had no house keeping at all, bathroom wasn't cleaned at all in the 3 days we were there (I couldn't clean it myself as nothing to use, no toilet brush etc.) Our 2 bins weren't emptied once, they were very full on day 3, bed not made once, no replenishing whatsoever of coffee/tea and worse, toilet rolls. I did complain to reception on day 3 noon in the hope it may shock them into action, and the girl on reception just apologised but did not do anything about it. When we came back, room was still the same as we left it. For this reason only, I would probably not stay in this hotel again if I visited Chester.
