I selected this property because of the descriptions of the new facility and the view of the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop patio/bar/restaurant. Arriving from cold Amsterdam on a Friday afternoon I immediately went to the rooftop and enjoyed the view while have a cocktail and one of the fabulous food options. EVERYONE on the staff, from door-people and front desk to the various workers in the restaurants and cleaning staff were cheerful and asking if there was anything they could do to help my stay be even better. I was on a 30-day journey through 8 countries and this hotel was definitely #1 on my list of places to stay - would happily return anytime I can go to Barcelona and will definitely recommend. Special thanks to Arturo at the front desk who left a particularly welcoming note and drawing on a card in my room. Bravo!!!
