Room is clean but small. Cupboard is terribly small. AC is strong. Bathroom is small. Shower stall is so small you cannotclose the door after getting in. Terrible shower. Breakfast area is cramped, you run an obsticle course of fawning and overbearing critical staff. Front desk is efficient and professional. Whole visit is very stressfully cloistered.

Great location but not clean
The bed sheets, towels, and even dishes in the kitchen were all heavily stained... pretty disgusting. The AC cover also feel off and could have hit me in the head but luckily it happened while I was not in the room. Breakfast was also very mediocre. The only reason I’m not giving it even less stars is because the location is amazing - so close to a lot of great sites and food locations.

This was the hotel that i stayed in when i first arrived in Mumbai. The location was great for walking. It was not a fancy neighborhood and the streets were loud and busy, but the room they gave me was quiet and comfortable. It was a great way to adjust to get to know the city a bit and adjust to a 10.5 hour time change! The staff were great and welcoming and the room, although not fancy, was is most ways much better than the 5 star I checked into afterwards.

Wonderful stay in n Mumbai
After reading various reviews about the hotel we decided to book and we are so glad we did. The hotel is in a great spot being walkable to the fort area. All of the staff are truly amazing, never have we been so welcomed and looked after. Nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, having a choice of freshly cooked eggs and toast along with many more options. We had a very quiet room in the 3rd block I believe. We would definitely recommend you choosing the hotel. I'm.sure you will come away feeling as we have!
