Don't get tricked
No front desk, no communication of checkin procedure. Forced to wait outside for an hour, until we could get into the room because they never sent my access code for the door. Pretty poor cleaning procedures, lots of dust bunnies and it was obvious the unit hasnt been used recently or they never sweep or mop the place. There was not a dish washer and we were told to put all our dishes away before we checked out. That means that every piece of cookware or dish has been on rinsed off by everyone that has used it before. No housekeeping means that all the dishes are probably never fully sanitized, just rinsed and reused by strangers. There was supposed to be a tub in the bathroom, there was not. There was supposed to be a balcony, there wasnt. Very altered and edited pictures, some pictures were not even part of the rental part, just the residencies.

I booked a room with a balcony. The room was comfort cozy HOWEVER the balcony was dirty and covered in dead buds. Told property manager when he came by and was told the bugs are all-over NYC. No one came to clean it or my room the 6 days 5 nights I stayed. Unacceptable

Dirty -no/slow service - missing amenities
Booked two rooms Room #1 the balcony was left open prior to our stay, room filthy, insects inside the room, blinds came down when the cord was pulled and the windows & sheets not clean Room#2 the FRONT door was unlocked and the code never worded so we could leave the room for fear of being locked out without a key So stuck in the room we tried to watch television…no remote to be found and no buttons on the roku tv …there was a trash over flowing w/ garbage and flies Customer service and emergency customer Service tried their best but could not remedy the situation - A horrible stay

Note hotel is more of a air bnb than a traditional hotel as it has no on site management and getting a hold of the correct staff via the provided phone number is a challenge. Parking is commercial vice associated with the hotel and the price is not the same as the one listed. It is conventionally near the 6 train and though busy, is a safe walk to the station.

Just an ok stay.
Stay was ok. Bed was comfortable. Had a balcony but no door to get out to the balcony. Picture is different than actual for the room I had. King suite with kitchenette. Kitchen area is pretty small. Balcony was not clean at all. But you can’t get to it anyway. Great value for the money spent. I was just in town for the weekend for a Yankee game so it wasn’t that bad. Was supposed to be a non smoking facility but night I arrived there was smoking throughout the building. A few things need to be fixed in the rooms. Light fixtures were hanging, dressers leaning forward. Drawers never closed. Need to clean some of the furniture. Sofa in kitchenette had stains all over. I was in suite 308.
