DON’T STAY HERE

We booked thru hotels.com as it was advertised as a nice hotel with a 7+ out of 10 rating. Upon arrival, the surrounding area did not give a safe inviting feel, there were transients all over, blatant drug use in the parking lot, and the grounds were very dirty. Being we multiple were 2 moms plus grandma and 6 kids, we left and found other accommodations in a safer and cleaner location. I would struggle to give this a 1 star rating. Upon further investigation with trip advisor, other travelers noted similar issues, bed bugs, and damage to their vehicles parked in the parking lot over night. So far hotels.com has not refunded the charges on our credit card, even though this was clearly false advertising on Hollywood Inn’s part. They are clearly not as clean and highly rated as they claim. We are still working to get reimbursed for this at this time.
