    Disappointed in NH La Spezia!

    The water out of the facet was brown - disgusting. The front desk was "market deaf" in that we complained about the water being brown and they acknowledged there was a problem. Then they were nice enough to say we never paid for breakfast - we had 2 rooms for $400 ($200/each)!! So we had to pay an additional 45 Euro for breakfast. So needless to say, very disappointed in this hotel. We stay 200 nights a year on business in hotels all over North America - would never stay here again - they simply did not care. We have been to Italy over 80 times.

    Check in was problematic. Room key did not work, but had to wait 15 minutes outside room for the handy man to verify it was card not user error. 1 towel for 2 people in double room, bit dirty in bathroom and bedroom linen marked. Cold food at breakfast warm, hot food cold.... but apart from that it was ok.
