Here are 7 simple things you can do to help us welcome our next visitors:
1.) Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run using the provided dishwasher pod. (If your property does not have a dishwasher, please wash all dishes and put them away after use.)
2.) Place all trash in trashcans and take any trash bags to garbage cans on the side of the house. Trash is taken to the street. Please see house manual for which day applies to this property.
3.) Dispose all opened food items (including those in the refrigerator) and collect all bottles and/or food items around the house. You are welcome to leave unopened items for future guests. Share the love!
4.) If you moved any furnishings during your stay, please return them to their original location to prevent being charged.
5.) Collect all used linens and place them in one pile next to the washer.
6.) Make sure all doors and windows are locked on your way out and be sure to return any keys (if applicable)

A Pet Security/Damage Deposit is required on all properties to insure compliance with the Terms of Occupancy and will be paid with your final reservation payment. The Security/Damage deposit is held until in a trust account until a determination of the condition and content of the rental property has been verified. Amounts will be released within 30 days of check -out after verification that no damage was incurred, or that additional cleaning has not been necessary. Extra cleaning fees will be deducted from Security Deposit if necessary.
Located in the heart of Spartanburg, SC, this newly renovated property is less than 10 minutes from Downtown. In any one direction, you can take your pick of activities; amazing shops and restaurants are just around the block. Full of comfortable touches, this home has everything you need for a weekend visit or a long -term stay.
You’ll enjoy a total of 4 bedrooms for the entire rental property. There's also an additional Sleeper Sofa, in the 614 side, to accommodate an extra traveler! With 1.5 bathrooms each, this duplex is ready to wow! The home is also equipped with Smart TV's (you can access your personal Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon accounts via Wi -Fi), and washer and dryer. This property is also pet -friendly!
If you bring a bike, spend an afternoon discovering Spartanburg's Mary Black Rail Trail. It is easily accessible within 5 -10 minutes. Uber and Lyft rides to downtown are only about $5. Otherwise a car is recommended.
Access to the "shared" back porch is through the master bedrooms on the property. The backyard is assessable by roughly 10 steps down. Please note that this property is NOT fenced in. Please keep all pets on a leash when outside.

Converse College is a mere 1.1 miles away; Wofford is 1.8 miles away; USC Upstate is 5.7 miles away. Spartanburg Medical Center is just 2.2 miles from the home.
Do you offer Health Care Discounts - We welcome Health Care Staff and we want to give you a special discount. Please contact our office for pricing as it is seasonally based, but always less. It is a special price just for you!
What are your cleaning practices (and fees) in the time of COVID -19?
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem a bit higher than certain other rental companies. It’s a fair question and here’s our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile to keep you safe—especially in this era of COVID -19. In some cases, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1 -bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens.
Bottom line? We only charge for the cleaning that is necessary to insure your safety and comfort.
When we clean a property, our staff members wear gloves and masks. We follow professional hospitality standards by (a) using industrial strength cleaners and (b) commercially washing linens in water temperatures of 160+ degrees to kill any virus/bacteria. We sanitize all surfaces with Lysol disinfectants and bleach -based cleaning liquids. We are not offering natural cleaning options at this time. Again, it’s because of these additional cleaning precautions that we have been forced to raise our cleaning and linen charges.
For all bookings, properties are inspected 24 hours before arrival. Please note that due to COVID -19 cleaning requirements, if you are checking in on the same day that another guests is checking out, we are only able to allow Early check -ins if we are able to coordinate well in advance. An Early Check -In Fee for such situations will be quoted ahead of time due to the extra cleaning requirements.
Do you host families with young children?
All the time! We especially love making traveling with little ones easier for you. If it will reduce your vacation stress, we can, upon request, provide a Pack -and -Play at no charge. For a small fee, we can also provide a high chair and age -appropriate toys and games for your child. Want to leave all your bulky “baby paraphernalia” at home? Just let us know your child’s age/gender so we can get you set up. Request those items when reserving the property and we’ll be sure to have them on site when you arrive!
What about pets?
Pets are permitted at this property. Be advised there is a Daily Pet Fee of $35 per dog/per night. Also, a refundable Pet Security Deposit of $450 is required at the time of booking for any possible damage done to property or contents (this deposit will be returned after the property has been vacated, inspected and cleaned.) For stays longer than 30 days, we charge a lower Daily Pet Fee (per pet/per day) and a higher Pet Security Deposit. Don’t worry, the deposit is totally refundable as long as you follow our Pet Rules! We may, at our discretion, require a higher security deposit based on quantity and breed of animal(s).
What are the Pet Rules?
We highly encourage owners to use a kennel to prevent any furniture or home damage when the pets are left unattended. We kindly ask that owners do not allow their pets on the furniture (couches, chairs, or beds) or we will have to charge to professional steam clean each item. As long as the rules are followed and no damage occurs, the Pet Security Deposit will be returned within 72 hours of check -out!
What if I am a business traveler who comes to Greenville often?
We love repeat travelers and we offer seasonal discounts to repeat travelers only. Make sure we have your email and you will get notifications throughout the year tailored to YOU!
Do you allow Long -Term or frequent stays?
Long -term stays are welcome! Please send a message and let’s talk schedules and dates. We reward repeat travelers by offering an automatic 10% off after one stay. Also, ask us about our business specials where we give 1 free night for every 10 week nights spent with us for 50 days paid for in advance. (Not applicable for weekend stays or long -term stays)
What about Early Check -In and Late Check -Out?
We understand you wanting to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer an Early Check -In option and Late Check -Out option (for those who reserve far enough in advance). NOTE: There is a small fee $45 ea. for this service (since we have to bring in extra staff to make this possible for you).
Check -In: 4:00 PM. Early Check -In is 1 PM ($45 Fee)
Check -Out: 10:00 AM. Late Check -Out time is Noon. ($45 Fee)
All additional requests must be made ahead of time. If you put in your request ahead of time, we will make it happen for you!
We can also provide an air mattress plus bedding for guests for an additional fee. Please inquire when booking for current rates.
What are our Office Hours?
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. In the case of guest emergencies, we’re available to you 24/7.
What do I need to do after booking? I've never had to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement before...
All guests are required to sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement with our company after booking. That signed agreement is required whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded door lock to check -in when it's convenient for you—even after the check -in times. Or, if you desire, we can come by to meet and greet you; however, we want to respect your privacy and also adhere to COVID -19 protocols. In short, we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or it is necessary for us to address an issue.
