When we drove up it looked so nice like an old Victorian style building and it looked clean but when we got in the room that was a whole other story. First the front desk was rude like he was bothered by us asking about things. Then the room was filthy the walls looked like someone has graze on their hands and rubbed it all over the walls the doors looked like they were holding on by a string and were full of black marks. The bed sheets had like a crust substance on them and when we asked for new ones the front desk looked so bothered by it. The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed or shampooed. The lamp shades were falling apart. And the bed in the suite was so hard my husband and I woke up with our backs hurting so bad we had to run to Walgreens for some pain medication. There were hookers staying across from us partying all night yelling in the hall way. Such an awful stay that we booked another hotel and left that next morning. Never again. At least we got our refund for our remaining days so that was the only good part of our stay there.

Will not stay again
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have a tight budget and requires only the most basic services. On the bright side, the staff are friendly. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, and it's near Disneyland and Anaheim convention center. The hot water is consistent, which is also a plus. But that's about it. The room is small and dark, with limited storage room and appliances. Cleanliness is mediocre at best, I spotted a cockroach the day I checked out. Sound insulation is practically non-existent. I could easily hear people next door talking or watching TV, and the air conditioning in the room is quite disturbing. While these may be tolerable, the wi-fi has one of the slowest speeds I have ever used. I was wondering if this was 2023? You can't do anything online. Even Whatsapp txt takes a few seconds to send. So, unless it's just a bed you need, refrain from booking this hotel. Oh, one more thing, calling Uber or Lyft is very difficult in early morning from this area, be prepared to pay double the price if you try to get to LAX.
