Disappointing
Frustratingly despite specifically booking two double beds per room (as my children are teens and talk) we were allocated 1 double. 1 single pullout per room - as we are 5 guests this wasn’t ideal. Also no tea making facilities in room and the free ones on offer from the machine were awful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were ok but v expensive for the price. Drinks 9 euros for a glass of wine or 8 fir beer. Also room comfort not great. Towels scratchy and husband hit his head on fan trying to open window as air con wasn’t working properly. Good location and staff friendly but didn’t feel the ‘magic of Disney’ here !!!

Unable to give families rooms together
We asked for connecting rooms for our 4 nights stay in 3 rooms as 2 babies and a 5 year old in group. 1 family in different block rest 4 rooms appart. Spent ages at reception but said nothing to change us together for even part of our stay. We all had to be seperate each evening. Also key didnt work 2 days running, back to reception each time, eventually given seperate room key. All taking valuble time on a very expensive holiday

We stayed at Hotel Cheyenne the evening of April 16th. Our stay was mostly very pleasant, but I did want to bring to your attention an issue we encountered at breakfast on the 17th. We entered breakfast as a family was leaving the building. As we entered, Djamel approached us and scolded, “No! No! No! This is exit only!” His tone was inappropriate. As the door was open when we entered, we did not see the exit sign. One member of our party has ASD and struggled to overlook the confrontation. This colored our breakfast experience. We would appreciate if two things occurred: 1) a discussion about customer relations was had with Djamel and 2) the sign is moved off the door so it could be seen whether the door was open or not.

Nice to have newly-refurbished rooms. Property immaculate throughout. Good location and nice quiet setting away from the craziness of the Disney parks! Didn’t eat there but rooms great with really sweet Toy Story touches - from the Woody-inspired curtains to the cowboy spurs on the ceiling fan.
