No washcloths at all. Never cleaned the room. Couldn’t shut off the tv totally. Smelled like cigarettes.even though they had a no smoking rule. Picture in the ad is no where close. Used bar of soap in the shower.

Made my reservation through Hotels.com Two hrs later I get the call from the hotel, saying they were sorry no rooms available. I said okay, please cancel the reservation and authorize my refund, they just didn’t do anything and paid for the room I never got to. A few days later, I was curious if the money was being refund, and nothing, I spent almost an hrs trying to get my money back.
