The door can’t be locked from inside. We had to pay more than what we were quoted by Expedia.No hair dryer, no cups, no shampoo unless you asked for it. We asked for additional pillow but was told we have to wait until other guests have checked out.Parking fee was very expensive.

Horrible place. Showed up and they said I was too late so my room was given to someone else. Dnt stay here waste of time and money. They didn’t even want to refund me smh. Security outside was a total jerk was making a big sense about me being in losing zone trying to check in. Avoid At all cost

horrible and expensive
The person who helped me was friendly, but the room was horrible, it reeked of ugly marijuana and he repeated to me many times before handing me the key that you could smoke in the rooms and I told him from the beginning we don't smoke anything or do drugs, the Horrible bathroom when you took a bath your feet were covered with water, that was covered there was no iron or a can to put the garbage or a jug to drink water nothing really bad and very expensive I paid more than 400 dollars for two bad nights in the parking lot There were homeless everywhere it smelled of marijuana and according to what they didn't want me to smoke one so I don't recommend this hotel for families it looks very bad.😡
