We stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean and basic. Bed comfortable. Front desk need a lot of improvement. Not really helpful when we enquire on carpark. For some odd reason the internal carpark is not available for guest. We have to find outside carpark to park our car which is very inconvenient. They have good laundry available which is a plus sign. Just don't dine at the Chinese restaurant!! Overall is an okay hotel. Dont expect too much.

Snow Monkey Park base
A one night stay to go and visit the snow monkey park, the staff we’re very helpful and even though we arrived early were able to leave our bags and then when we returned, they had been delivered to our room. Walking distance to the train station and also walking distance Zenko-Ji temple. The air con in the room was a bit confusing with a stand-alone unit. The Bathroom decor could do with modernising but it was very clean, in good condition and everything still worked. For a small room you could still move about and unpack your bags.
