Short winter trip
Short stay at the hotel in January. Hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. I was poorly during trip and the staff helped my husband with arrangements to be seen at the hospital and arranged a driver who was equally great. Daily the team checked in on how I was and couldn’t do enough for us. My husband had many meals either on the breakfast terrace or in the cocktail bar without me and said each was great. The only issue is the rooms would benefit from a bit of love and care and the sound proofing needs a bit of attention but we would definitely visit again

Unfortunately, the property did not deliver a 5-star experience, when it came to service and staff, mind you this was during the off-season. The food I had was very mediocre and the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. The room was surprisingly small for a deluxe ocean view. However, the balcony off the room was very nice.
