Great location! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to everything. The bedroom was very clean and spacious - the bed was super comfortable and the pillow and duvet were perfect! The only improvement would be either a heated towel rail in the bathroom or heated floor as it was a little cold however the robe and slippers provided rectified this!!

We really enjoyed our one night stay at APEX, our double deluxe family room was perfect for our family of four. The entire family wished we could stay longer! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and when we needed to check out an hour late, there was no hassle. The hotel is super close to the Tower of London since it’s situated between the Tower and London bridges.

We had a great stay here. We had 3 rooms and all were clean spacious and had everything you needed. The staff (especially at reception) were polite, friendly and very helpful. Probably the nicest staff I have come across at a hotel in a long time. The hotel is in a nice quiet area but very close to Towehill Tube Station which is great for getting around and the Tower of London is also very close by which is a great place to pick up the hop on hop off buses. Would definitely stay again.
