Nana visit with an assist from a great employee
I reserved the room for my mother to visit us and celebrate a family event. KaHari (sp?) was the young man at the front desk who helped coordinate her arrival and make sure everything went smoothly. He was awesome! I wish every hotel desk employee was as capable and pleasant. He made everything easy.

Great stay, but...
Great stay; however, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom sink. Also, there were dogs barking in the halls throughout my stay. They may want to consider having a "pet friendly" floor, due to people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies. Also, the person on duty at front desk Sunday night May 8th, questioned me about my status as a guest...she said because I was wearing a mask. She thought I was a delivery person. Only delivery drivers wear masks? Or was it another reason?

Pleasant experience
