Lovely Salzburg
Lovely unique place to stay, decor from the 60’s. Room was small but nice and clean and well decorated. Bed comfortable. Location of hotel was very good. Walking distance to Salzburg hbf and half hour walk to the old town. Bus and tram out front of hotel.

The room was nice, but a little small for 3 people. It was newer and very clean. Bathroom was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They held our bags until later in the day of checkout. It was located near the bus and train station. A lot of Salzburg is walkable from the hotel.

Best hotel ever!
This is easily my favorite hotel I have ever encountered! Super friendly, easy check in process, fun and funky decor and vibes, a 24 hour bar, a rooftop lounge, guitars you can take to your room to play—it’s so cool! I was so comfy in my room, which was clean and simple but not boring. Awesome showers! And very centrally located for anyone taking public transit—the main station is less than a block away! You can take a train or trolly just about anywhere but if you like to walk, you’re basically 7 minutes walk from the pedestrian plaza that features shopping, dining, and the gorgeous architecture of Old Town. I might have to come back to Munich just to stay here again—it’s that good!

Excellent hotel. well situated.
The stay was excellent. The hotel was conveniently situated near the train station. If you rent a car, you can park at the train station parking at the hotel gate. The staff was very supportive. Breakfast had ample options. There were food places nearby. Room was very well furnished, and AC was good. 10 to 15 min walk to mirabell garden. You can get all kinds of tours from the place.

we are very happy with our stay at cocoon. top class reception, amazing staff, most welcoming and helpful. great location. handy to train and bus terminal and walkable to many places of interest and eateries. comfortable modern room, nicely renovated. love the hanging chair.
