A Fabulous hotel
This is a fabulous hotel, right on the beach yet far from the maddening crowd. It has everything. The food (Israeli breakfast) was plentiful, amazing variety and open until 11 am. The staff were all so accommodating. We will be back and rank it amongst the best in Israel.

Excellent Hotel on the Beach in Tel Aviv
Great location right on the beach. The room was large and faced the ocean. It was beautiful. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the dinner one evening. The food is fantastic.

Family trip. Gelato stand right outside front door. Great views from balcony and roof top. Too cool to swim and pool was closed for deck restaining - but looked great for a dip (small but nice). Ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. Great for adults - has pasta for the kids... Bfast buffet was wonderful. Loved juice bar and super sun filled room. Hotel room was nice. Very modern. Very clean. Did accommodate request for adjoining rooms. Would recommend!

Poor1.0 / 5
Focus on the basics - like the bed.
Overall, it seems that most of the staff members try to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. In my view, in general, the primary reason one books a hotel room is to sleep. This means that the bed and bedding must be correct for the bed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. However, my experience at this hotel: 1. They started making my bed using a sheet that was too small for the bed. This meant that the top of the mattress (where your head goes) was bare. Even the mattress cover doesn't cover the top of the mattress. I was therefore sleeping partially on a bare mattress. It took 3 complaints over 2 days to rectify this. 2. The duvet cover doesn't close properly. It is also rather short. This means that my feet/legs were exposed to the bare duvet cover every night. Hotel management confirmed that they have neither longer duvets and duvet covers nor ones that close properly. 3. Other. E.g. milk wasn't replaced every day for tea/coffee. Dirty bedding was put on my bed - this was rectified soon after reporting it. The carpet was in bad condition in certain parts of the room. For me, these points are kind of excusable. However, points 1. and 2. are not.

Best ever hotel in Israel
The hotel was excellent on all fronts. The room was clean, provided all amenities needed, and was amply sized. Service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding, and dinner at the restaurant on the top floor was superb. We highly recommend this hotel.
