Pleased with my stay
We had no idea where to stay and chose this hotel mainly because of the positive reviews. The location was perfect. We were in Madrid for 2 days and the location allowed us to walk, take the train or city busy for anything we chose. It was super clean, safe, friendly staff. I purchased the buffet when I checked in, but we overslept both days and they gladly took it off of my bill.

A place I would come back to!
Arrived close to check in time had just booked through hotels.com. They couldn't check me in straight away for some reason so I walked the city for a few hours. I came back a couple of times but there was always a line as the reception is small. Late evening I came back and the receptionists were lovely and gave me a room according to my wishes. Far away from the noice as I needed a good night's rest. The hotel was beautiful I loved all the details which created a certain modern relaxed vibe and atmosphere. I didn't have time to see much of all the hotel areas but I'm sure they must be as nice as the ones I saw. The staff are lovely, friendly, attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed the room I stayed in. It was beautiful and quiet and far away from the noises of the streets or any elevators or such things. Which was highly appreciated. I felt very comfortable and probably will come back in a near future. Thanks

Excellent hotel in Madrid
Great hotel in a great location, near to all of the great art museums, plaza Santa Ana and the plaza Mejor. Walking distance to Retiro Park. The service is excellent and the rooms although small are very clean with modern fixtures.
