Disgusting property and staff
The staff were very rude at the time of check-in and check-out. We requested for additional towels and sheets and Cassandra at the front desk was extremely rude to my elderly mother-in-law and tried to refuse us with no reason. Thankfully I intervened and got everything after more attitude from her. The rooms were dirty with stains on the walls and the pull out couches had stains all over them. The washrooms were dirty and were not cleaned property. Overall this property is horrible and hotels.com and other websites should not list this property.
