Guests can use the first floor second floor is just locked and currently not offered to guests. Anything on the first floor guests can use.

Other things to note
The house has closed garage and extra parking on driveway. No parking is allowed on the street any car parked car on the street overnight will be fined $75. Please make sure not to park on the street.
