Great service. Valet opened doors upon arrival each an every time. Very pleasant front desk staff. Front desk called taxi for efficient arrival to cruise port. Maid service made up room upon request after we had a ‘busy’ door hanger.

Great location to old port. Nice new hotel
Lovely new hotel in the old port. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool with great views. Rooms are very clean and well designed. Only slight issue is the noise in the event area outside of the restaurant travels up and if there is a dj with bass, it travels up quite easily.
