The location was the reason I picked this hotel. The property is pretty but there is a car dealer in the middle of the lobby which is not only tacky but really spoils the look. The bellman was great but the front desk staff was cold as ice. I left and went to the Hyatt Centric, one of the best hotels in the town.

We stayed at Novotel chandigarh for 14 days- 2 connected rooms (from USA and Canada) with our 86 years old mother. The staff all go above and beyond starting from the front office. ( shout out to Duty managers - Sulabh,Kashish and Gurbir ). Energetic team from front desk to valet, to breakfast (Food quality is good ) to room service to house keeping( very clean rooms)Experience staying was excellent. Very clean and The Every need was taken care of with a smile( this was our home for 2 weeks). If you visit chandigarh you will not be disappointed at the Novotel Chandigarh.
