Well they charge for parking $45 sometimes $80 for what?? I'm staying at the hotel??? If you like to party then this is the place, connected to a sports bar very loud all day all night 🙃 and no ice machines,no trash cans in the room?

Not the best stay we have ever had.
The noise levels are way too high. The airplanes fly over very close into LAX and the noise is very loud until roughly 1 a.m. and starts again at 6 a.m. Also the Intuit Center is being built within a stones throw of the hotel and they stat construction at 5 a.m. Also the elevators were down and we were on the 3rd floor. Not a huge deal to take the stairs each time up and down but an inconvenience none the less for as much as we paid.

Convenient to SoFi, but you pay for it.
We spent one night for a concert. Our room wasn't ready but they let us use the pool which was nice and said we would get an email or text when it was. That never came and had to reregister with the front desk. The onsite restaurant is good. The staff were mostly friendly. The room is comfortable however the bathroom was a bit beat up, tile dirty and soaps falling off wall.

A Bit Disappointing
Issues were small but made our stay less comfortable than we would have liked. 1. I paid for valet in advance to ensure I would have parking at the hotel. The valet didn't believe me, even upon showing them the confirmation, keeping us at the valet as they tried to understand how I could have paid in advance for parking. 2. The coffee was (at the risk of sounding overdramatic) the most unsatisfying I have ever had. 3. The restaurant couldn't accommodate us without a reservation. A hotel-attached restaurant should have a policy to keep room for hotel guests. Plus, it wasn't open in the morning. 4. There was a notice about in-room dining being available in the room, but nowhere on the site was there an option to order. 5. There were no towels in the gym, and we didn't receive face cloths in the room. Not a biggie but worth mentioning.
