When arriving the man at the desk did not acknowledge us for several minutes and when given the reservation number he put us in a handicapped room with queen size beds rather than king and not on lower floor as requested. The room had no water available and after second day we asked for some. The towels were not folded neatly and on second day shower not cleaned or floor mopped nor vanity cleaned and all amenities left. On checking out the receptionist was very accommodating and nice about the discrepancies.

Love the location. Very clean hotel. Needs coffee.
Very clean hotel. Nice accommodations. A bit pricey but not too bad if you catch the right deal. Beds are nice. Rooms and bathrooms very tidy. One small, but important compliant: the hotel needs good coffee. Just some solid coffee in the lobby would really top this hotel off nicely.

Nice hotel, fun location, but lacking in service.
The hotel itself was nice, I really liked my room and loved the view. HOWEVER, I had to call twice for maid service, they only gave us 2 washclothes for our 3 day stay, so we kept having to wash with handtowels. None of the 4 treadmills in the gym worked and the iron and ironing board were a joke. My mom had even worse service in her room, but after talking to management, he took 2 nights off her 3 night stay and apologized profusely saying they were very short staffed.

Poorly managed hotel
Didn’t have reservations when we arrived, but rooms were available for 2 of 3 nights. Spent 3+ hours over 2 days on phone with Hotels.com trying to resolve problem, which was very frustrating. Part of the problem was language barrier, and the rest was a desire not to take responsibility. Being forceful finally achieved a positive resolution, but I’m tempted to stop using their service. Now to the hotel... Very poorly managed. We waited until 8pm for our room on Tuesday, and it became worse as the week progressed. Thursday night there were lots of people in the lobby waiting for clean rooms at 11:30pm! We wouldn’t see cleaning carts in the hall until after 11am, and very little room cleaning took place until after 5pm each day. Only one person working valet, and when someone needed a luggage cart, they had to go with it, so very difficult to check in and out as far as the rooms are from the front desk. The only positive things I can say are that the location is great, and kudos to the front desk staff, who were very helpful in a difficult situation.

Wrong Room-Nothing done to right the wrong
Booked a superior two queen room 11 days before the stay. Arrived to be told we would have to wait until our room was "inspected" before we could check in. We arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes after the 4:00 check-in time. They never called my cell to tell us the room was ready. I called hotels.com to get their help. Hotels.com told me to speak with Matthew about my room. Checked in to find out we were given a room with one king bed and a fold out couch. There were 4 adults in the party. Called front desk. Transferred to manager. Call went to voicemail. No return call. Called again and no answer. Called Hotels.com and shared the situation. They contacted the Hilton and asked for the rollaway bed. It was now 8:00 pm. Went to dinner. Returned to the room and no rollaway bed. They finally knocked at the door 10:10 pm with a comforter and sheets - referred to it as a pallet for the floor. We had no other options than to make what we had work at that point in the evening. I have never had such poor service at a Hitlon property as I had with this one.
