This was the 2nd time we stayed there. The overall experience was as expected but the room rate was much higher and this and I would question the value now. This was the first time we had the breakfast, while the lounge style seating concept clearly limits the ability to serve anything other than a limited buffet, the selection is meager and serving filter coffee these days in a boutique hotel should not be allowed. Getting a decent coffee machine suchs Professional Nexpresso or Jura etc is a cheap and easy solution. I hope the management takes notice. The in room kitchen is a useful extra but don’t expect to cook more than a snack. Otherwise it’s a nice, well appointed hotel, in a good area with attentive service.
