Worst heartless cheap minded experience
I had a booking on 21st May, 2022. Booking number 9173179807144. I booked on 17 May and called the number +9187100770310, the number came with the booking confirmation. But it was a number of other resort's reception. Then I googled and found 097340 04823 this number and called several times, nobody answered, on 21st on scorching heat me, my wife and 2 yrs old daughter went there ad they simply refuse to give room despite of we had a valid booking. They keep saying its hotels.com fault they gave you reservation, we dont have room. I requested in this noontime, I child is getting sick, please give us the room as per booking. Later I understood on saturday they are planning to give other customer some more money as that day many visitors came on madarmoni.
This is my first time terrible experience and I had to roam for a room for another 2 hours and got a room finally on another resort.
Don't go this hotel with such kind of cheap minded, ethics less management, who does not know what a guest means.
