Just completed a 7 night stay at Yasmin… got off to a very rough start with a very poor room assignment as we arrived later in the evening and the resort was very busy due to Turkish holiday…the hotel worked with us that evening to locate to a better room… After a couple nights got moved to a room more akin to 5 star quality. The property itself and the facilities are spectacular! A special thanks to Kamel the front desk manager and the Entertainment team led by Islay! Staff is very friendly and attentive Fabulous stay in Bodrum!!!

Location and the hotel is beautiful but needs major renovations in rooms. Food is pretty good and service is excellent. They overworked their employees, not enough staff at location. Property is beautiful with beach is amazing. They just need ASAP renovations in rooms. Rooms conditions are pretty bad, it’s not 5 star or even 4 stars. Room conditions are motel style. Since the beach was amazing and we were at the beach all day. It was worth it for me and hubby.

Worst hotel I've been to. We were initially given a very dirty room. it took us a few hours to find a room that would be in a decent condition. The lobby is finished cheaply - pictures of the ancient figures on the walls in wallpaper that is falling off. the restaurant lacks cups, utensils that should be replenished regularly. the tables in the restaurant was very underserved. Most of the staff are not interested in any help. Usually all inclusive hotels have fresher juices- apparently not this one. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and dirty dishes were left outside the rooms for hours. The view was amazing and memorable. I would like to thank few workers who made this trip enjoyable: Arda, Hakan, and Anahanim. Out of all of the workers there, very little actually had the motivation to help out the residents.

Check in is a nightmare. Getting to and from the room takes 15 mintues to arrange a buggie car after several attempts. Plus side, close to beach and the food on offer. However, not 5 stars.

nice hotel

Good experience, can't fault the staff and facilities, just needs a little update and tlc which is being done this winter so will return next year. Mainly Turkish and middle eastern people holiday here which speaks volumes for the hotel Loverly people , And very friendly to speak to and all love baby's. Was overwhelmed by the interest in the 1 year old we have . Every 5 minutes she had so many fans. Will return for a second holiday

Hotel entspricht nicht als ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung und das Team ist hilfsbereit, aber es ist meinesachtens kein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, da es keine Luxusausstattung hat. Ansonsten war alles ok. Das Essen war gut und das Buffet war sehr unterschiedlich und reichvoll. Es wird fast den ganzen Tag etwas zum Essen angeboten (in Restaurants und am Strand). Das Hotelzimmer wurde täglich gesäubert und die Bettwäschen alle zwei Tage ausgewechselt.

Yasmin Resort in Bodrum, Turkey

The hotel is in a beautiful area with great views and that's the only good thing about this place. There were a lot of issues with the rooms. Between my sister's family and ours we rented 4 rooms. One of the rooms we were assigned smelled so badly that we couldn't use it and had to cram into the other three rooms for three days till we were assigned a usable room. The air conditioning in two of the rooms kept breaking down and they finally fixed them. They have two elevators which both broke the 2nd day we were there and they fixed one of them after 24 hours while the second one stayed broken for three days. The water temperature in the showers were non-constant and it was either too hot or too cold. Most of the food either had no taste or was too salty. A lot of the dishes were dirty. The water slide area had a lot of loose steps and needed repair.

the view from the club rooms is wonderful

we arrived to the hotel at 2:00 am, check in was fast ! at first we got room 1448 but the noise from the ac engine was unbearable, asked for another room after 30 min got 1400, this room was much cleaner, very quiet and great view ...

Yasmin Resort genel olarak iyi bir otel, bulunduğu koy ve denizi harika. Odalar gayet yeterli. Yemekler çok iyi. Ancak genel olarak yemek servis ekipmanlarının temizliğinde büyük problemler var. Tüm öğünler ve yemek servisi yapılan alanlarda elimizi attığımız tabakların %95'i iyi yıkanmamış ve üstünde altında yemek kalıntıları vardı. Aynı şey bardaklar, çatal - bıçak için de geçerli idi. Azerbaycanlı misafirlerden kendi tabak - çatal - bıçağını kullanıp iyi ki böyle yapmışız diyenler vardı. Bir de, sezon içinde yüksek personel sirkülasyonu hizmet kalitesinin personelden perseonele değişmesine sebep oluyor. Otel yönetimine nazik bir uyarıda bulundum ancak bir de buradan iletmiş olalım durumu... Bir ufak not daha: İnternet odalarda çekmiyordu...
