The room was perfect in all ways. The right size, clean and affordable. The staff was very accommodating. The woman, who checked me in, at the front desk, was incredibly efficient and polite, dealing with a lobby full of guests waiting in line. She deserves to be noticed by her Management

We cannot say enough about this Hotel. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk explained that due to the Coronavirus they would be closing down the next day and that the airports may close the following day as well. They helped us to call the airlines who unfortunately were not answering. We had to take the shuttle back to the airport and see what we could do and then back to the hotel again later to re-check in. We were the last people to leave the hotel at 0930 the following morning, taking the last shuttle bus and basically just got out in time before everything shut down. I would like to thank the Hotel for all their help and understanding during this trying time, still putting the guests needs first while knowing that they were all out of work for at least 3 weeks following our departure.

Good shuttle service to hotel. Great & friendly check-in staff. Clean hotel. Spacious and clean bedroom suite with private bath. Restaurant on site and the best hot/cold breakfast buffet. Won't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

What a lovely, modern hotel! We were contacted several times before our stay with helpful information. Our room had a king bed as requested as well as plenty of room. Bathroom was very modern and plenty big -- actually the room/bathroom were way above size standards compared to many European hotels. The hotel has personable staff, a decent exercise room, lovely pool, bar, cafe, and restaurant, and very reasonable prices -- you can't go wrong staying here!

They phoned us at 10:00 am on Saturday March 14th and told us we had 10 minutes to get out of their hotel which we had prepaid for two nights ...March 13th to the 14th ...then a much higher price for March 14 to the 15th during this emergency until we could fly out of Spain. They just said get out ...no apology ...just left at the curb....No correct to our bill...no compensation ....no explanation...no direction to any other option....just get out....We have never been so insulted or miss treated in all of our traveling experience especially considering the circumstances....left on the street during a crisis in Spain with no place to go....had to find our own taxi....I want an apology and compensation as well as our money back..... please carry this note to whomever is necessary since we are now unable to get through to your offices by phone or electronically....Thankyou in advance for your response to this complaint!!!

We're 2 guys with short hair, room had really long hairs all over the shower. Like more than 5. When we went to the front desk, his response was "ok? We got stuck in an elevator!! We rang the emergency alarm and no one came. After about 5 minutes the door opened. Nobody had responded to the alarm. An employee at the check-in desk said he had been stuck a few days earlier. THEN why wasn't it fixed!!
