you get what you pay for and less
office locked, had to stand out in cold for over 5 min while staff looked at me and talked on phone, finally got inside, still on phone (personal chat) long time for check in as still to busy talking on phone. had no connection for tv, told me the weather, wasnt raining or snowing? yet their living quarters people where watching tv. people going from living quarters and staying in downstair rooms where very noisy all nite, no towels, dirty, parking lot and walkways very icey, no salt/sand, no lites in stairwells, not safe.

Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else
First, our room was not ready when we went to check in at close to 4 PM -- the front desk said they needed about 20 or 30 minutes. So we decided to check in and just go out and do a little sight seeing instead of waiting around. I reserved two queen beds and confirmed with the person at the front desk that the room had queen beds, and he said they were. They definitely were not queen beds -- they were full beds. The reservation was for four people, but the room only had two towels. I went to the front desk to ask for two more towels and was told they would bring them in 15 or 20 minutes, but did not receive them for 90 minutes. Although it looked like the sheets had been washed, there were stains on some of them. Either invest in better detergent, or get new sheets.

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
We could not stay. We canceled our reservation and they said they accepted it and also agreed to reimburse us. I discussed this with one of your agents who contacted the people who run the motel and were told that they agreed to not charge us. They lied. They did charge us and we are fighting to get the money back $243! I cannot believe Hotels.ca would have this motel on your list. I am very disappointed. If you could help get the refund it would help.

Horrible
Don’t stay here it’s a dump. The room was okay but the surrounding area was disgusting. There are immigrant people living in this hotel. I felt unsafe as I was the only woman I saw and the men stood in groups staring at me. We were awoken in the wee hours by the police looking for a girl. No one at the front desk during the night. The hotel is bad need of repair. All the outside railings, steps, parking lot need repair and upgrades. You could see the outside around the door frame. Yech

Needs to remodel the whole area and the room has and old carpet and and sheets and comforter has a sign of rundown and other is literally a big flying insect inside and a couple who manages is the office smells

nothing like the photos, room needs major up keep. plugs in room not working, mirror in washroom falling down, nowhere to put towels in washroom and holes in walls poorly repaired.
