I have seen this before in other reviews, but the shower gel in their dispenser was completely empty. It took our last day of staying there for housekeeping to do something about it. In addition to this, the batteries in the remote control for the TV were running out of juice, so that we had to space out the use of the remote control so that it was still functional. When the "engineering department" came in on CHECK OUT day, he said it was fine and didn't change it. I didn't care at that point.
What severely disappointed me in this stay was that one girl in particular was working the front desk was very rude. I don't know what is the point of pre-registering and giving us the option to tell you if you are coming in for an early check-in if your front desk receptionist is gong to turn you away. When we inquired after parking, she just said "Street parking" which was contradicting information already known from this site. Did not bother elaborating on details for us. When we asked to store our luggage, she made us store it ourselves. That means every other stranger was allowed to go in what is supposed to be a secure space and can potentially mess with my belongings. I don't know any other hotel that allows guests to do this. When my family and I were in the storage area, someone who might be a manager, profusely apologized saying "WE'RE supposed to do this, not you. I'm so so sorry." This really ruined by experience here.
