Excellent location at the border of Georgetown. Easy walk to the waterfront path along the Potomac near the Watergate/Kennedy Center of the arts. It was a full studio apartment with a living room, dining room table, kitchen, and a separate bedroom with bath. It would be an excellent location if you’re spending more than one day in the area. I was utilizing the DC bike share program and there’s a docking station directly across the street.

I needed a last minute room for a visit to DC, and this venue fit the bill. Overall the room was nice, a little dated, but it worked. I travel a lot for work, I have never come across an early check-in fee. If the room is available, they allow me to get in the room. I arrived a few hours before check-in, but the room was ready. They charged me $50, just to enter the room. Can't say that has ever happened before, and I hope it's my last.

The AC was not able to keep up with the 100 degree temperature while we were in DC. The rooms smelled musty which made me think that the AC doesn't keep up most of the summer and not just this week. The employees were good to work with they gave the kids ice pops and were helpful and nice with every interaction. I thought there was breakfast included, but there was no food onsite. The rooms were nice and large and the linens were all clean.
