The staff all very welcoming and polite Was disappointed that my €10 gold membership gift was not honored Disappointed my room was not upgraded as a gold member Felt the €3 tray charge is not appropriate during a. Time you cannot leave your room Again the staff all fantastic but I feel company policy was not great

It was very clean and the staff were lovely and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel

We wouldnt be rushing back to stay at this hotel anytime soon as staff are not very helpful in the bar especially and due to Covid - 19 we were rushed into the restaurant told to order our food within 3 mins after we checked in as the kitchen was closing and then also told the bar was closing at 9pm instead of 10pm upon arrival which was an hour earlier from what reception had told us when we rang before we booked,then the bar had no smirnoff vodka or rockshore larger either which we both drink and can get anywhere else in dublin without issue whatsoever! Their was approx 5 people in the bar only and we were just rushed to eat up and leave as quickly as possible which along with not having the alcohol we both like for a 4 star hotel it was very poor service and the girl serving us was not in the least bit welcoming had a bad attitude and even came across as rude and not friendly to us at all. The hotel and our room itself was very clean and comfortable but the bar staff unfortunately let this hotel down with their unhelpful manner and attitudes and they need some serious re-training on how to treat paying customers a lot more politely and how to be much more helpful and welcoming too!
