Always great to be back and chill by the adult pool - the only real feature worth it here. The front desk staff is unfortunately always quite unfriendly and not willimg to help, don't understand why the quality of service never changes there - a very bad image for a so-called 5 stars property

The hotel room is very old and not updated but not worth the money you pay. The rooms do not have USB ports and international power outlets. When I made a complaint about this during the checkout, the staff was very dismissive.

Thanks for Ruining Our Family Trip
Booked a room with two twin beds for two nights. Checking in, front desk tells me they have no such thing as two-twin-bed-room and that I have to pay for another room that went for at least another $300+ for. As if that wasn't enough inconvenience, when I tried to explain this predicament of their incorrect listing on Hotels.com as to showing two twin beds as available, they told ME to contact Hotels.com to right misleading information...How is that a customer's problem?? Going through a bunch of unpleasant and rude hotel staff right off the bat at the checkin was NOT something I signed up for and paid almost $1,000 for. Besides, they charge pretty much for every single thing that's easily included in regular amenities at other 5-star hotels (such as extra beds, etc.). Pretentious with no substance is the least I can say about this stupid hotel.
