The 2 staff that I encountered were quite cold they did their job properly but weren't very engaging and didn't seem happy. The property was OK to be honest I'm not a fussy person definitely a good location for Disney land go-ers the 43 bus right outside takes 10mins to Disneyland.

Beware of the deposit
Room was fine and good to have a little kitchen. When I arrived I was asked to pay a €50 deposit which two weeks later I haven't received back. Contacted the hotel to be told it could be 60 days! Also we were on the ground floor which was nice as the kids could go outside but unfortunately the room above was dropping their beer bottles off their balcony and onto the grass outside. Made the staff aware so assume this was dealt with.

Cancelled without explanation!
When I arrived I was informed that my booking had been cancelled. This was incredibly frustrating since I had spoken to Hotels.com and the residence directly the previous week to confirm it was all ok. Fortunately there was still a room available so i had to sit in the lobby and rebook, wasting my time. The receptionist had no explanation as to why the booking had been cancelled and I had no email to communicate this. The room rebooked was then a double not a twin as originally requested which was not ideal. The bathroom was not in a good condition with loose tiling on the floor and a big crack in the toilet. The room was also quite dusty. Otherwise it was sound and fairly comfortable. The receptionists were helpful with printing tickets for our disney show.

The furnitures are old and dated, sockets not attached to the wall (unsafe), light switch in the bedrooms were broken therefore no lights, swimming pool was closed but this information was not given on the website. The breakfast lacked a variety of food (no hot meal like fried eggs or sausages) cutleries were dirty and the juice machine broke and was bringing out water instead.

A lovely spacious place so near and convenient to DLP and outlets, very comfy beds and the kitchen area is ideal. Could maybe benefit from a spruce up in the decor but it was very clean so definitely no complaints….. will be back soon
