Terrible experience
Save your money and stay away from this hotel. The restaurant food is horrible. My mom got food poisoning and the restaurant & hotel didn’t take any responsibility, offered no help or sympathy at the very least. The reception manager Hamit was very rude and raised his voice... My mom ended up in the hospital due to the food poisoning she got from the restaurant’s food and we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days… You have no right as a customer and defo not treated well and like you have a right. Location is great but be aware if you are a gym person, There is no such a thing as gym!!!! They have a few old machines that don’t work properly! They offer wifi but for days we had no wifi due to electricity problem and I has to purchase data package…

Awesome place and service!
Pearly Hotel and Spa was awesome. Conveniently located in front of the beach. Very good views of the coastline from our hotel room. We had booked a room with hot tub, some features were broken (light didnt turn off and sticky handle for switching between sprinkler mode or faucet mode in the tub, hope they got it fixed) but otherwise jets worked great and we had a nice view while on the hot tub! Service here was awesome, spa downstairs is easily accessible and staff were friendly. Receptionists and cleaning personnel were friendly and approachable. Shoutout to cool and hardworking receptionist Efe who was able to help me with coordinating a birthday surprise for my husband when we checked in, he was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and goes above and beyond his shift! He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation and advise for things to do at Old town! Thank you, we had an awesome time in Antalya!

Very nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with delicious food for reasonable prices. The room was very clean and had lots of small bits for each guests that I don’t usually find in other hotel rooms for this price point (lotion, body scrubber, shower gel) which looked clean enough for me to be okay with using it

Location was nice, very close to the beach and the dinning services you pay for on property was good. Spa services was one of my favorite and it’s a must try. Very relaxing. The only issue I had was during checking where the staff was saying one thing and I informed them I called and was told a different thing. Aside from this everything was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. I will recommend to document the names and time of every conversation prior to arriving. Just in case you have to refer to it for an misunderstanding that might happen.
