The open-plan kitchen and living space give an airy feel, making it the perfect place to relax. There is also a flat-screen TV by the large and comfortable sofa.
If you want to whip up a meal, the kitchen is fully equipped, so feel free to help yourself.
You'll find the beds have both been made up with hotel-quality linens, to ensure your comfort, and in the bathroom, you'll see that fresh towels and complimentary toiletries have been provided for your convenience.
In our homes, your health is important to us. The flat is professionally cleaned before every visit so you relax safe in the knowledge that the space has been looked after to the highest professional standard.

They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Canonmills is recognised as one of the most popular residential areas in Edinburgh. It’s a leafy neighbourhood with artisan cafes, local pubs / bars and ample restaurant options. 15 minute walk to the city centre and several bus routes immediately surrounding the property. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
