Great stay- fantastic pools
The hotel is just beautiful from the drive up right to the main reception. Check-in was flawless. Room was beautiful with river view. Pool service was very accommodating considering the rules due to COVID. Bring pool people, both indoor and outdoor pools are great, heated to 86. Hot tubs are wonderful. Only thing missing is a fridge in room.. always handy for that bottle of wine

COVID oblige...services réduits
Bonjour, l'hôtel est toujours en excellente condition mais les services sont réduits en raison de la COVID. En effet, le bar est fermé, on peut aller à la piscine seulement 1 heure par jour et un maximum de 15 minutes au bains à remous car il y a de l'attente. L'escape est vraiment moins plaisante qu'avant malgré que le prix de la chambre soit identique.

A piece of PARADISE!!!
The suite is absolutely amazing. The views from every room are breathtaking, the bed is super comfy, the jacuzzi is incredible,the outdoor pool area is beautiful, the service is outstanding. I feel like I’m in a star resort and I can’t think of any way it could be better!!!!

Hilton Lac Leamy in Gatineau
Stayed one night on July 17th. The casino on site is not opened yet. Everything looks clean. Our room was very clean and had beautiful views over the lake, but bed is not very comfortable. Because of COVID-19 only one restaurant was opened, the Arome. Food was good. Service from restaurant excellent. We stayed at Hilton Lac Leamy fairly often for the last 20 years, mostly for business purposes (conventions, meeting...) and most of the time our stays were good, but i guess because of the current pandemic situation the experience was not the same.

Overall good
Loved the room. was disappointed there was no fridge, just the locked mini bar. So the leftovers we brought from lunch were garbage. And I was creeped out that they came into the room when were out during evening to put chocolates on the pillow and water. It's a nice touch but I'd rather they did it before we checked it. Evening sneaky turn down creeped out. Over all still good and would go back.
