Always a warm welcome from the staff at The Cromwell. Stevenage Old Town is a pleasant place to visit, plenty of Pubs and Restaurants for all tastes. Only problem was making the mistake of parking my car under a tree in the car park! (See attached image!)
Hotel was lovely lots of stairs though couldn't get no with find in first room given but it was quickly changed the double bed was so hard so didn't sleep very well
Not the best stay. I had a thread bare towel. Ate in the restaurant and they ignored my special dietary requirements. I was overcharged on my bill and my shower was cold. I told reception on departing and their only response was that they would inform the manager. Room was nice but very over priced at £96 room only!
