Observations of an old moan.
Breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. It's possible this was due to the outside area not being used because of the inclement weather. The position of the shower should be facing down the bath rather than across. The bath seemed slippery while exiting. While I had no problem I felt that a mat would have made me more comfortable when getting out. I define preferred the soap in the downstairs toilet to the one on my room.

An Amazing Experience
I cannot recommend Hotel Josefshof highly enough - it's perfectly located to explore Vienna, but in a super quiet area. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and kept spotlessly clean. We were also given an upgraded room, which was an amazing bonus. Perhaps the best part of the experience is the service, though - from Catalin who checked us in, to Anna who checked us out, the team were absolutely charming. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful, but these two deserve a special shout out. We can't wait to come back some day!
