Frozen dreams
Bathrooms were filthy all the while we were there. The hotel had inadequate dining facilities to ensure all guests could have dinner. Staff less than helpful.

Not worth it
Horrible service as soon as we checked in. We were “welcomed” by a very stuck up young girl who made it a point to mention she was not from the area but from Stockholm. Very frustrating to deal with after a long day of travel. No direction, you kinda had to figure things out for yourself or keep asking for everything. Hate that the property’s amenities are so spread apart esp because of the weather. The overall stay was very underwhelming. We spent so much time in the room because there is zero activities/entertainment on the property. I would not recommend this hotel, instead I would highly recommend the arctic snow igloo hotel in Lapland… the best in every sense!

Very frustrating to deal with after a long day of travel. No direction, you kinda had to figure things out for yourself or keep asking for everything. Hate that the property’s amenities are so spread apart esp because of the weather. The overall stay was very underwhelming. We spent so much time in the room because there is zero activities/entertainment on the property. I would not recommend this hotel, instead I would highly recommend the arctic snow igloo hotel in Lapland… the best in every sense!
