This hotel is comfortable and convenient. Freiburg is a beautiful city in this southern part of Germany, with lots to see and do. The staff of the hotel were especially helpful.

The hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was outstanding - lots of variety and the food was very tasty. We had dessert in the bar while someone played piano and sang. The hotel is conveniently located. Staff was friendly. I’d stay here again.

A great hotel location, staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool, whilst fairly small, was a great addition, our children loved it! Parking was also very convenient, which is otherwise a real hassle in a city centre. The real service level was After our stay. We left some items behind and they went out of their way to send them back, so great service even after the stay! Beyond the call of duty for sure. We’d definitely choose Novotel next time we visit.
