This place is physically beautiful, but it was our worst stay in Morocco despite being the most expensive. The problem here is that we felt as though the staff were CONSTANTLY trying to upsell/scam us. First, we had to be very explicit that we wanted to utilize the included spa credit (they just kept trying to sell us on more experiences), secondly the bar staff double charged us and when we spoke up, they showed us their menu which had different prices than the ones given out. Even the night guard tried to charge us extra for our pre-booked airport shuttle. It was REALLY off-putting and completely changed our opinion of this place. Unfortunately, we also ran into upset guests in the lobby multiple times... suffice it to say we weren't the only ones who didn't enjoy this spot despite the beautiful decor.

First time in Marrakech—unique experience!
First time visiting Morocco and the first stop on my 10 day trip was Marrakech. Palais Sebban arranged a pickup at the airport, someone to meet us right outside the Medina,help us carry our bags inside and give us a tour of the Riad! Upon entering the Palais, it feels like something out of a movie. The Riad is completely hidden in plain sight, which creates its own private oasis in the middle of the red city. What truly made the Riad so special in my experience is the amazing accommodations and hospitality that was brought together. The hotel brings a mix of traditional and modern in its own unique way and should be experienced by everyone visiting Marrakech!
