Our stay was great. Our Unit was Very Very dated but clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Pool definitely needs work. A little outdated but overall nice and quiet.

Disappointing
Not sure why they call this a resort and you will pay high fees as a resort. There is absolutely nothing to do other than a regular pool. No restaurants and the cabana bar was closed 3 days of the 4 I spent there. No room cleaning and no extra laundry or coffee stuff unless u purchase then. Very disappointing. No spa and no things for kids to do. The rides for the park I saw that it was was Epcot only once a day. Bummer, not staying there again.

The MOST AMAZING Staff on the Planet
Before I get into the property, I want to emphasize the lengths the staff goes to to make sure you have a great stay, specifically, Valeria. I was in Orlando early on the day we were supposed to check-in. I called on a whim to see if we could check-in early (not expecting to get in), and once Valeria checked, she said we could come to the hotel as soon as we were able. This was at 9am on a day we were supposed to check in at 3:00pm, which is absolutely unheard of! Once we arrived at the resort, we noticed it was clean, but dated. We didn't really mind because it was so close to the parks and so reasonably priced! We got our location, which was was in building #4, and very far from the pool, but we didn't want to complain because they were doing us a favor to let us in early. But, when we entered the room, it was dirty, musty, and most likely had not been stayed in for a long time. I called Valeria, and before we knew it, we had a new, clean room, right by the pool with updated furniture, etc. Also, one night, our hotel key would not work and we were locked out. It was very late, but one call to Valeria, someone was right up to our room to open the door. We didn't even wait five minutes! It might not be the most updated hotel, but you will not find a more accommodating staff like this staff! They were all so kind, hard working, and happy to help! They seriously deserve raises, and if they owner updated the rest of the property, this place would be top notch!

Terrible place to stay
Looks can be decieving hotel had roaches in the rooms I was killing roaches in the room and also the pool was dirty it had brown water pool area also had a lot of ants all over I will never stay here again I spent over 2,000 dollars and I was not satisfied I had a terrible stay they did not offer to even change our rooms
