Terrible, should not be a Holiday inn
The shower head did not work so water got all over the floor. Had a wet floor all night. The telephone did not work at all because it had no labels on it. Calling zero did nothing. Other problems just like this. I don't know how they can even call themselves a holiday inn.

Very good hotel. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would have liked is a mini fridge and microwave. I imagine this is not standard in Austria from the places we have been, but they had robes and slippers

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Breakfast is amazing but not worth 19 euros. There were a few English channels on the TV. I was really impressed with the amenities (Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body lotion). The gym was well-equipped and always available. The only con was that our room key stopped working halfway and that the shower drain was clogged and was not fixed even though we asked twice.
