Cold pool
The service good and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool so our children could swim; however, the water was so cold, they couldn’t bare it. I also assume that at over $200/night, some type of breakfast would be included, but this was not the case. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Okay Experience
Disappointed immediately when I confirmed a 2 queen bedroom and they told me they ran out and could give me a king. I booked this months ago. We were alright with it but the pull out mattress was disgusting and we weren’t letting our daughter sleep on that. Couple times no one answered from House keeping and so I would go downstairs to ask for something. They ignored my presence a few times even though they saw me waiting, but would talk to me when they were done with whatever they were working on. It was an okay experience for what it was worth. We did enjoy the indoor pool room. Overall okay but I would upgrade on a different hotel.

Clean but they don’t like 3rd party booking.
Room was clean but common areas are a little worn. No recycling basket in room. Reserved room though Hotels and they did the usual move and tried to drop us into a crummy first floor room with noise from the parking lot and inside foot traffic. I asked for and got a room on the 4th floor.

The property was nice but woefully understaffed and the water was not heathy and hard. I had issues with my skin after bathing. I had paid Expedia for 2 breakfasts and that morning, they told me that expedia had said it was for a discount of $10 for one person, (I had paid $13 a piece cor 2) I called Expedia and they communicated with the propert, but after I left they charged me anyway. I called AMEX because there was no manager and the General Manager comes in maybe one a month. IWOULD NOT RECOGNIZED THIS MARRIOTT PROPERTY TO ANYONE AS THIS WAS THE WORST OF ALL THE MARIOTT PROPERTIES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Super friendly staff, very helpful when our door wouldn’t work. Cleanliness could have been better, walls and light fixtures were dusty, Simone else’s hair was on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. Not horrible, just overlooked.
