Super location, Comfortable and few challenges
Nicely Located near main tourist areas, 1 minute walk to Eliguro 4 subway station, very conveniant and efficient Airport Bus Stop bang outside the Hotel; Only Won 17000 and you reach Airport terminal 1 in approx 1 hour 30 minutes. Happy to see Emergency Escape Mask and Torch in every room. Good coffee cafe and Burger joint in adjoining building. Polite staff and a very good 24×7 conveniance store at Ground floor. Challenges... Room is decent size, clean and fairly well managed as shown in hotel website, but the Toilet area is small in size with lower height and fitted with conventional fittings. Also, while a Boiling Tea arrangement is provided, no tea bags or creamer are kept as per Hotel policy. The Lobby area is quite compact and if you arrive in afternoon, lobby is almost half covered with bags of past guests who have left luggage during 11 am checkout.The staff is small and they do not seem to provide room service. All such shortcomings can be overlooked because the location is so good and overall cleaniness and comfort is appreciated.
