Fine for a sleepy traveler
This room and hotel was comfortable to sleep in. It wasnt the cleanest place I've ever stayed and by that i mean the bathroom corners were dusty and so was the vent cover in the bathroom. The sheets and beds were clean and had mattress covers though so it was fine for being a tired traveler. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, the pool area was well stocked with towels and was clean and the lobby was well appointed.

very loudly
We stayed in the fist floor witch is always something bad. You could here everything upstairs, from the next room and from the hallway. The room was spacious.

Will not stay here again...
Although the hotel was "surface level" clean, the exterior of the building and room itself were not well maintained. The building's paint was faded, there was trash everywhere around the outside, and a lot of dog poop. In our room the carpet was filthy, light fixtures were missing, and the room needed an update overall. The TV was very small and not in a good position to view from the bed or the sitting area/soaking tub. We paid extra for a room with a soaking tub and didn't feel comfortable using it based on the lack of deep cleaning in the room. We were told there would be a "grab and go" breakfast to replace the continental breakfast that could not take place because of Covid, but there was no breakfast offered whatsoever. The only positive about this hotel is the location, especially for those who don't want to stay right on the Strip. But, for the price we will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Awful
We stayed here because of the pet friendly stance. This is a horrible hotel. It is filthy, dated, and just plain awful. No mention of pet fee on line, but charged 45 dollars at check in. The room is not worth 45 dollars.

Very good
The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was small and smelled too much like chlorine. As for the room cleanliness, we found a half full bottle of Sprite qt the window. The chair at the desk was stained from practically evey place. The mini fridge freezer had what looked like mold. The bed sheets had small strains. The ironing board was stained. Aside from all of that, we had good experience. For breakfast they provide you q bag with an apple, granola bar, yogurt, muffin, juice, and coffe. The hotel is across the street from the outlets and there are different restaurants around.

Dirty
The hotel was so dirty. There was a wad of gum on the wall, the vent were FULL of dust and debris, and there were used Q tips and bandaids outside on the parking lot. The sink was stained, and the carpet torn and old.

Hard pass
Well if the smell of marijuana in your room and the hallways is your thing, then this is the place for you. Booked for three occupants and received two towels. Front staff could not be bothered to wear a mask while checking me in either.

charged for previous stains
The sheets were stained from previous users.. we didn’t think to take pictures. But they charged us $30 for previous stains so take pictures of the items sheets, towels, condition of the room before settling in,we’ve been in many hotels since we are road tripping and this was only one hotel we have had problems with so now we know to skip the baymont altogether.
