    The staff is great, from front desk, bellboy to the restaurant. Perhaps in warm destinations it should be possible to refill the water bottles or even include the large one in the room rate without extra charge

    Good condition but noisy due to hotel design.

    Staff were great. Hotel was clean etc. However I slept really badly as noise travelled really far in the hotel and the doors slammed as they didn’t use soft closing hinges on the doors. If they used soft closing hinges the hotel would be excellent.
