Great 👍 staff who checked us in.
The gentleman who checked us in and later talked to him,(forgot his name) was very helpful in many ways. He is a asset to the INN. Most times staff at any type of business makes for breaks a business. We were ther on Thursday night 2/11, in room 201 We saw him in action with other inn guests, and he did a great job with there issues and concerns.

Hotel is great for what i needed it for, which was a single night of rest. However our hotwl shower was dirty, water would NOT stay inside, and it was obvious that water going outside the shower was a constant issue. My biggest problem was when i went to shower, there were long black hairs that were obviously not mine. All in all, if youre stopping quickly its not bad. I wouldnt stay more than 1 night though.

Wonderful customer service by Tony! When my husband and I walked in he had a line waiting to check in. He was fast and efficient and gave each one of us waiting in line his full attention. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

The hotel is well-located off the highway at a quiet corner of Beckley. There’s not much immediately nearby except for a diner and a Dollar General, but restaurants and gas stations are just a few minutes up the road. The property and my room were clean and looked up-to-date, and my bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind and sent me off in the morning with breakfast to-go and a really positive attitude. My whole experience was great.
