Very good
Oceanviews
Be weary of the Time Share people they are very aggressive. Other that enjoy the Sun and pool. If you want to enjoy the infinity pool go early. The ocean views are awesome. Go to Riscos and go all inclusive if you can.

Very good
Great hotel outside of the Cabo San Lucas area. Food needs some improvement but the service and views are impeccable!

Very good
Great value and perfect for 1st time visitors
This is a very nice, middle class kind of resort, perfect for first timers to Cabo; like us. I would rate it as a 4 star or 4.5 star. Here are the plus points: It's clean, the staff are super friendly, most all speak English very well. The prices for food and drink in the resort are similar to a smaller city in the US. A beer by the pool is $5. You aren't going to get a beer by the pool overlooking the sea in America for $5. The views are spectacular. The rooms are nice, a little bit dated, but also have great appliances and if you want to cook for yourselves, you can do all of that too. We didn't. The resort also benefits from being pretty close to downtown Cabo. The resort is also a time share, so you have a lot of older folks there, some of whom have had their shares for as many as 12 years. We met a nice elderly couple who spend 3 months a year there. They absolutely love it. The downsides: there's a lot of construction going on. You can't hear it at all at the adult pool, but you could at the upper family pool. There's another family pool that is quieter. I would ask for Building Two, not Three. Building One is for residents, I think. The taxi mafia: If you want to take an Uber, walk to the front gate and get one. It's worth it. An Uber downtown is $5. Using the red van taxi service cost $25, a needless over-charge. However, coming back from downtown you can take an Uber right to the reception, so definitely do that. Would we stay here again, absolutely.

Good
Won't stay here again.
Not sure where the fault lies, with the resort or Hotels.com? I had searched all inclusive resorts in Cabo on Hotels.com. This resort was listed with a terrific price per night so I made the reservation. Upon arriving I was told the price was not all inclusive but for the room only and that to add the all inclusive package it would cost an extra $224 per day adding more than $1200 to our stay. The person who checked us in stated that this was not the first time this issue has happened. The free WiFi was very slow. The property was well maintained and the views were beautiful. The brightest spot for this resort is the service we received, both around the pools and in the restaurants. Wonderful people. Did not like having to sign a ticket for all food and beverages. Was told it was for control purposes only. Having been to all inclusive resorts in the past, signing these tickets were a pain.
